I went to Dairy Queen on N Queen St in Martinsburg, WV on Thursday, July 17 at 12:05pm!!! The lady in the drive thru, I believe her name was Ashley L (that’s what the name said on the receipt…. She was extremely rude… she had NO PATIENCE… EVERYTIME my husband would go to repeat the order to make sure they got it right (cause they always mess my order up), she kept interrupting him & was just NASTY. Very good DQ with very friendly staff.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN MARTINSBURG! The staff are always friendly & in all my years of getting fast food from here it’s never been cold or badly prepared. Today, they forgot my gravy with my order (no big deal). I called down and they told me to head back to the store and they would re-make it for me. Most places wouldn’t have even considered remaking the whole order & to make things better they also gave me 2 coupons!
