Asked for a vanilla soft served cone dipped in sprinkles. Sprinkles covered less then half of the ice cream. I asked for small cup of sprinkles, and they told me they charge money for the small cup of spinkles. Ice cream itself was good. Seemed like the employee who made mine was not being trained well.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 milkshakes over an hour ago through mobile order app; I spent the extra 5.50 for delivery for a sweet treat for me and my son; I’ve called 10 times at this point and she keeps putting me on hold without even letting me say anything she told the delivery driverr who also was waiting to hold on and he waited there for an hour and my 2 small milkshakes were not ready. I still haven’t received a refund and we will never be going back here. Horrible customer service
Best Dairy Queen location in Colorado! Everyone is so friendly and always smiles. They take the time to make my order precisely how I order it.
