Walked in while 3 staff stood there looking at their phones. No one looked up for a nice chunk of time. One girl stopped in between making our order to check her phone. Another girl while the first girl was making our shake stopped to show the first girl something on her phone and she of course stopped making our shake and commented on the "post". So disappointed.
