The ice cream and service are always great. The store including the inside and outside seating, could be made nicer.
Avoid at all cost. Vanilla cone took 2 minutes to come out, and massive air bursts popped when they served it. Needless to say got very sick after eating it.
3 times in the past month we couldn't get twist cones. Just chocolate or vanilla but no twist. This time they didn't even have chocolate. Please fix it! It's killing my ice cream experience.
I went into the store looking very forward to a strawberry sundae, I asked for a large but yet I got it in a small cup, I also ask for a root beer fountain drink and even though the machine was there they advised they don't sell fountain drinks, I know I paid for the Sundae but I wasn't happy so I left the ice cream on the counter and left the store
