Service was rude and unapologetic we waited 30min for our food and it ended up being wrong and when we got our correct order it was cold and mangled
Our visit this afternoon was ruined by the elder male employee at Baker City Oregon DQ. Twice he began laughing and hollering so loud I had to yell at him to tone it down. He said he was excited about a demolition derby. He then decided to change the garbage. Between slamming the can door (twice) and fluffing the bag we had had enough and left. Good was great. The staff was not as friendly as I'm used to. Yes I'm used to people smiling. No smiles on the faces. The food was great. From what I saw the staff gets along with each other and that is great.
This location has a great crew. The foods always on point. The drive thru gets backed up sometimes but there isn't anything they can do about that.
