RecommendedTook care of half a bus load of travelers quickly and happily.
Employees looked exhausted, better communication should be implemented. I sat waiting for my smoothie, knowing they’re busy I was calm and patient even though I still had hours to go to my destination. One brought me an ice cream rather than my smoothie, not happy with my response ( I’m waiting on my smoothie) she walks away and tosses it. Passed through, service was horrible. Girl at the register was a little rude. My nieces Chicken strips were burned, my mothers burger had to be redone twice and still wasn’t correct. She finally gave up and just ate it. My aunts burger was also done wrong. We didn’t even get an apology from the girl who took our orders. If I could give 0 stars I would, worst DQ EVER!
Their drive thru is never open i have to go inside to get ice cream!!! Rude service and management is horrible!!!
Worst DQ I ever gone to floor and tables were dirty, bath rooms needed cleaning, cook was outside on the phone an people waiting for food n service came in an didn’t even wash his hands. Then he opened fries bag with his teeth I will never stop there
This was absolutely the slowest restaurant ever. Put in order. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. No acknowledgment. Left.
Always stop at this DQ when traveling to San Antonio.
