I ordered the Dr. Pepper Patty Melt today and the bacon it was supposed to come with was substituted with turkey bacon. When I placed my order I was not informed that the restaurant was out of actual bacon or that there would be a substitution.
We showed up at 10:30 on Saturday but people were inside but they claimed that they were closed but on Google showed it to be open till 11. They turned us away and they couldn’t change the time online. Not a great way to get my customers in your restaurant. I get they probably wanted to go home and close up the restaurant but they need to work on better communication online and deal with customers on a more professional level.
Drive through attendant wanted me to drive around to the back of the line and start over when I’d waited in line for 15min already and was at the window. Insane, foods always good though.
Blizzard was melted when we got it.
