20 min in the drive through just to order twice, get to the window and it’s still wrong and the staff acts like the customer is an inconvenience. Even the child said “they need a bad review.” There are 4 cars in the drive through and two customers inside�

I usually love this place. My order is always right and the staff is always so friendly. However, the last couple of times I have been in on my lunch break, THE HEAT HAS BEEN UNBEARABLE!! While I was there one lady ordered ice cream and had to sit on her car to eat it because it was so hot inside. Another left and went through the drive-thru. We ordered the two of the 1/3lb double meat $6 lunch meal which online said it comes with mustard, ketchup and pickles. We got home and didn't have the right burgers and instead of getting the Sunday we got two blizzard and the ice cream was melted. We live 2 minutes away from DQ I doubt it took 2 minutes for the ice cream to melt that fast.

I'm allergic to chocolate and when we order 2 blizzards when I remember to let them know I'm allergic to chocolate they make mine first. The banana split blizzard is the best. Everyone is always friendly and fast also..
Normally I would recommend this Dairy Queen but the last couple of times I went to this location the quality has gone way down. Looking at thefrench fries they were so greasy to the point that they were gross we didn't even eat them and I had three orders of them. They either didn't get cooked long enough or the grease wasn't hot enough or the grease was old, regardless it was nasty. �
