I asked for whipped cream and chocolate � drizzle on me blizzard..... And they were more than happy to satisfy my cravings

Normally good for a meal, but don't go on free cone day.
Went in to order dinner with 4 small blizzards. I asked for them all to have lids since it was just two of us. The lady brings us the blizzards with ice cream running over the sides of the cups and the lids couldn't even be put on them. She made the comment of "I am known to over fill these, so if you put the lids on ice cream will shoot out". It was disgusting, ice cream was dripping all over the place. I also had to request a bag for the meals we ordered to be carried out. Received attitude for that.

Needs improvement on customer service. My grandson has a DQ giftcard. They keep telling him they don't accept giftcards but there is a sign on their door advertising giftcards for sale.
It's gotta a lot better, definitely will come again!��
