How are y’all always out of ice cream in the evenings. Came a few weeks ago at 9, No ice cream. Came a couple months before that at 5, no ice cream, came this evening at 730, only shakes available. YOU ARE DAIRY QUEEN NOT MCDONALDS. Where’s the ice cream?!
They have very poor management.
Everyone has a bad day but come on! Short staffed , unfriendly , manager kept giving my tacos out to car in drive through. Offered me free ice creams fourty minutes later while still waiting on tacos.... three freaking tacos!!!! I got ugly said no thank you I just want my f ing tacos!!!!! Then as I sit down to inhale she is behind the counter speaking about me loudly until the employee said I was in lobby! Bwah hahahahahaha!
Usually we love Dairy Queen. But today I was very disappointed!!! You turned away a veteran because the only thing he had to show he was a veteran was a state issued hunting license that said disabled vet on it. Way to show your support for someone that has been through so much and even got blown up with scars to prove it protecting your freedom. Goodbye Dairy Queen we will not be back.
. I go to Dairy Queen for food not attitude from the supervisor when I’m ordering and when confronted she says “I’ve been here since 7 I’m tired” NOT AN EXCUSE. I didn’t pick that job for you. So get over yourself, put a smile on your face and learn better customer service.
Ordered a shake and 2 blizzards. They were terrible. The shake was watery. The blizzards were also too soft and the ice cream tasted off. I used to be a manager at a DQ years ago and it tasted like their soft serve mix was going bad and their machine wasn't set right. It wasn't cold enough to set. If you looked at the ice cream in a clear cup, you could see where it separated. Extremely unhappy.
Refuse to serve walk ups through drive thru when inside closed. Semi trucks and vehicles like fire trucks skip here. Now if you go in you must have a mask, but employees are not required. Those in charge said their employees are not sick. Neither were those at Taco Bell or Chick-fil-a until they were. Makes no sense.
It's DQ what more is there to say.
