It always looks run down and they never have the gravy that goes with the chicken strip basket.
This is a very bad place because it is so good and so close.
There were 2 guys working. They didn’t get our drinks right. They didn’t have gravy. They disappeared and when reappeared were really slow with poor customer service. Another customer came in and nonthing that she tried to order was either made or in stock. REALLY DISSATISFIED!!
I usually enjoy my experience here with my children however today the manager Valerie would not honor my BOGO blizzard coupon for my birthday which was only 2 days expired & embarrassed me in front of my children as they realized without the coupon Mommy wouldn't be able to afford to share the DQ experience with them
