Don't decide to just take a walk or bike ride with the family. they will not serve you at all. even if an employee is outside they won't help. Make sure you have a motor vehicle. They have just lost a customer for life

Poor service, even worse attitude from girls that work there. Got my order wrong and blamed me, then didn't even try to make it right. I'll go elsewhere instead of putting up with people that are just there to collect a check.

Well I just left the Rock Falls dairy queen very unsatisfied. I ordered a small New york strawberry cheesecake blizzard with extra graham crackers crumbs, the girl says 3.89 is the total, I knew that was wrong and should have been more, so I get to the window and they say 4.63, which I stated I thought they had the total wrong not knowing they had my whole order wrong, they hand me an oreo cheesecake blizzard, which that is not what I ordered. Just went there. The asst manager was not nice. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing... Buster bars instead of dilly bars. I apologized. She was rude. Then when I got back the baseball diamond(was picking them up for my son's little league team) realized they gave me chocolate mint and no sugar added instead of regular chocolate dilly bars like I asked for. Will not be back. I would rather run to the grocery store for ice cream and it would be much cheaper than almost $8 for 6 bars.
Staff was completely unprofessional. I'm trans and currently working on my voice. Which the staff had to talk about to each other while I'm in the store waiting for my order. This left me feeling very uncomfortable for the duration of my time inside. If you're someone who's a little out of the "ordinary" don't be surprised if the staff lacks the tact to wait till you leave before you get made to feel like a freak or something.
Love everything! Cakes, Novelties, Food, Shakes, Freezes or Slushies.
