The staff is fabulous! They are always cheerful and polite. I wanted a smores blizzard which was no longer on the menu. She made one that was even better!
This is the best Dairy Queen around! I grew up in North Hill and this was actually my first job. Michelle, my manager then, still runs it. I live in Stow now and have gone to both the Dairy Queens near me(portage trail and fishcreek), both are terrible! The staff's are rude and especially at portage-you have to wait forever, no matter how many people are there or what you order. It could be a kiddie cone and you would be waiting. Great service. The workers were very nice. The ice cream and smoothie I ordered were yummy. It was a very nice day outside and this DQ made it even better. I will definitely be returning.
