Make the Blizzards correctly, had two last night that were runny and the ingredients were huge chunks, not completely blended at all. The old test of turning over with no lid would have failed.

This establishment used to be run well. Now the workers are rude, the service is slow, and the ice cream is crappy. Tonight a female employee told an adult couple to "finish outside" for she blocked off the area "an hour ago" let me tell you it was 2 hours before close when me and my mother got there. This little event happened about 30 mins into me standing there. I live super close but will not be coming back. I will just go to Walgreens.
It's a very good place to go. Love sitting outside to eat. Ordered the caramel blondie blizzard. Please don't waste the money. I only ate half of it. Uk!!!! Should of ordered the brownie one instead.
Could they be any slower? Doubtful .... but it seemed awful important that those ice cream sandwiches got made while we stood in line and waited ... and waited ... and waited ...

My mom just went and got a cake for my brothers bday party we are having today and they didnt even have it ready it was suppose to be ready at 1200 and i pre ordered it online then they decided to be ignorant to my mom and tell her its not ready and and does she even still want the cake well obviously she still wants it we dont have another option .... i never had a problem before with them and good ice cream but when the owner stands there and lets his employee be rude is not appropriate.
