RecommendedIt's the Tits (metaphorically speaking, from the point of view of a 2 month old)...
we went for blizzards at 8:40...they not only made the order wrong but made my mom feel bad for even mentioning it was the wrong one. saying "I guess I can make you another one" huffing and puffing and walking away. then to have the guy with braids say "we close at 9pm" like we saw the sign on the door...and it's now only 8:50...we have 10 more minutes. Right after we left they turned off the lights...probably 8:53...no greeting...no thank you..no smiles. customer service is crap there. calling manager tomorrow. 👎👎👎👎👎

They messed up my banana split didnt put pineapples on it or whip cream then when i called they said they replace it and next day i goto get it they said my name didnt get wrote down so i dont get nothing.. so hopefully the girl that messed up a standard banana split that was supose to replace it sees this so the manager that told me they wouldn't replace it looks and feels like a ass....
First of all they asked if I wanted a Lid I said no they put a lid on it anyways by the time I got home and took the lid off it was melted all over my car all over my counter in the kitchen
Ordered 2 vanilla cones and 1 large blizzard, the young lady gave me my blizzard and I asked her if she could turn it upside down and she said we don't do that here I asked her to do this because the blizzard had theConsistency of soup it would have poured out all over the counter, this has happened before at this DQ.
