I came into dq tonight close to closing time, but the staff was very polite and got my order out efficiently with all smiles. Randi took my order and made sure it was made correctly! Will definitely be back!

I experienced utterly deplorable service at the Mooresville Dairy Queen (223 Medical Park Rd). Manager Randi ignored a long line of frustrated customers, many leaving without ordering, to chat with a friend for over five minutes. When I politely requested to order, she responded with hostility, boasting that as a manager, she was untouchable. This disgraceful conduct is the worst I’ve ever encountered.
