Waited 20+ minutes for a shake they forgot about. No apology... or care. Told me I came in at a busy time. Well, everyone else seemed to get their food just fine.

Slow service and rude cashier. We waited 30 minutes and our order was still wrong. We ordered 4 ice creams.

As much as I love ice cream it is very disappointing everytime I order here, the blizzards have always been my favorite but every single time I order one from here no matter who makes it they over load it with ingredients to the point where you can't even tell there is actually any ice cream in the cup, also substituting cone dip for fudge is disgusting. Great food and service, but you all need to install a new AC system. I visited a couple of days ago and ate inside the resturant and could barely tell the air was on. Install a new AC system at all costs to the customers please.
The funnel cake desserts are not based on what's pictured they was hardly anything to it based on the pictures on the menu. I feel like both my son & I were robbed of nearly $9.00 since they were both $4.00 + tax each I'll make it a point not to be fooled by y'all again.
Love their Banana Splits. Always good food and good people
