Always good service and friendly staff. Love the ice cream cakes, love the pretzel sticks, love the $5 lunch deals , love the blizzards , and love that they are staying open until Dec. 11. Will give me time to try all the newest sandwiches �
This Dairy Queen is phenomenal. The restaurant is always clean and inviting when we walk in and the staff is friendly and helpful! On more than one occasion, staff has come out to the dining area simply to check on everyone to make sure they were enjoying their treats and to see if they needed anything. Even on the busiest of days, this is a great place to visit. Customer service & management are horrible. It is not handicap accessible and they just laugh if you tell them. Will NEVER give them our business again!

We pride ourselves on good customer service and I will be talking to my staff to make sure this is of their upmost importance.
East Tawas Dairy Queen is by far the best around! When we have the craving for a DQ we make the drive from Oscoda to Tawas! Their icecream is by far the creamiest! Yum yum!!!
