Dairy Queen Allen Park--A right of spring and summer to AP'ers Most people know it's spring when the flowers break through the ground. However, in Allen Park spring is measured by the first week in March when the Dairy Queen opens. This ice cream legend in Allen Park is consistently the best deal in town, as measured by the long lines to get their goods every night. I can't imagine a spring or summer without the good ol' Dairy Queen. Be sure to try the cherry Mr. Misty on a hot summer night--delish!!

I ordered the Banana split blizzard mind u they r suppose to be thick. when she handed it to me it was like a milkshake. said it was because of the heat. but I can go to the one on Dix with the same weather and they make them the way they should be made. wont go back!!!
