Dairy Queen has the best blizzards and customer service is always good God bless!
The staff was rude and unprofessional, telling me they were closed at 8p on a Tuesday and then that they were only taking online orders only to say it was all a joke. For subpar ice cream, go somewhere else, it's not worth the attitude you will deal with.
There was a problem with our online order and they never refunded my money after customer service said they would do it.
Nicholas always takes care of us I’ve never seen a hard working young man He always make sure our icecream is delicious and is so kind he is always there everytime I come always treats us like family! I live 20 minutes away but I only come to this dairyqueen still cause of him no other dairyqueen I’ve been to gives us customer service like that their store is always clean and everything always comes out amazing never had a bad experience overall at this location!
The guy on register was a complete pain to deal with. When he gave me my shake(orange cream) it wasn't orange, it was hardly even yellow. I asked if he could put a bit more flavor because it didn't look right(I've been to 3 different DQs and got the same thing and it's never looked so pale). He suggested I try it and let him know if it's not right so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and it tasted exactly how I expected it to(barely any flavor of orange).
