Found hair in my ice cream cake.....they will not refund my order....both owners are arrogant, pompous, and flat out rude...I will NEVER go there again.....I will make it my effort to spread the word about this place

You would think I would have learned my lesson from the first time I went to this location when I saw the manager clean the counter with dish rag and fixed my food with the same gloves and had an attitude when confronted! Yesterday I show up 30 minutes before closing and wanted a burger they tell me grill is off, I order cheese cake blizzard paid for extra cheese cake bites and I sit to eat and I have something that's not cheesecake..... I will not be back!
