just went to Dairy Queen in Boscobel , What a disappointment. 3 of the SMALLEST chicken strips I've ever seen., very few fries, no toasted bread. kinda pissed off.

Watched them microwave my cheeseburger WHOLE while I was waiting in the drive thru.... Chewy, disgusting, and too freaking hot to eat even 10 minutes later... This town needs a decent restaurant.
Over priced, ordered large chicken strip basket food was cold, French fries undercooked, had to pay extra for extra gravy on a 6 piece, toast tasted stale. Staff member on cell phone, very dirty behind counter, melted ice cream o floor with napkins covering it, dirt cups laying on floor. Hope we don't get sick
Some of the employees need to learn the difference between Chocolate and Hot Fudge. When a customer orders a CHOCOLATE SUNDAE that means that they want CHOCOLATE NOT HOT FUDGE. If I wanted Hot Fudge, I would have said Hot Fudge. Come on people.... This is NOT the first time this has happened.
It's either a waiting game to get your food or they mess up my orders.
Worst service ever. Took 15 minutes to get our food and it was grilled cheese meals for kids. When I told them it's pretty bad when 2 drive thru's that ordered after you did get their food first. Their reply was it takes longer for grilled cheese. Since when? They weren't even hardly toasted and the cheese wasn't melted. Then the whipped topping put on a moo latte was like water. Will not go back, that's for sure!
I don't know what was done with the ice cream that we got today Sept.22, 2016 but it was the worst ice cream I have ever had. The girl serving us at the drive thru was very nice. The ice cream cone seemed to be pre-made. It was not the creamy ice cream we are used to at Dairy Queen. I sure hope this is not how all Dairy Queen's ice cream will be. I will find somewhere for ice cream.
The food's pretty good. The only thing they could improve on is the blizzards, especially when people ask for extra stuff in them.
I stopped in to get a cake for my 4 year old son's birthday. All he wanted was a log with chocolate, caramel and candy on top....they didn't have one, but the young lady gladly added the request on top of the frosted log.....my son loved it and was so excited!!!! Thank you!
