very slow today which is understandable seeing it's hot outside. I placed an order for a Large TWIST icecream in a Blizzard cup with Hard ButterScotch, Strawberries & Hot Fudge NOT blended. But after waiting and impatient people behind us I was given a Large Blizzard of Vanilla ice cream with Butterscotch & Strawberries and it was blended. This is the 4th time they have messed this up. And last time they messed up all 5 of our Large Sundaes & 1 Blizzard.
awful customer service, never again will I spend my money there. Adrian's is the best!

Great service! Always friendly
The ice cream is good, but I can't say the same about the staff! Every single time we have gone there, we have gotten really poor service. Finally, we just stopped wasting our time and money! They NEVER got the order s right, (nothing complicated) and then blamed us because they are getting it wrong. Stop hiring teenagers, and get some people in there that actually take pride in their work!

Unless you want to be treated like chizz by their employees. I would not suggest you go there. Talking about a customer rudely in from of them while your standing right there... Over some as simple as misunderstanding what they were calling for orders. Maybe they need to find a better way. Simple error not need to make a customer feel like chizz. They made me feel humiliated. I did not need this after everything I've been through lately. They need to retrain them on proper customer service. Seriously. ��
