Great cakes & family friendly! Our kids love to come here after a ballgame, summer-spring-winter and fall. We've enjoyed their cakes for birthdays. The service is very good and the staff is friendly...sometimes bringing your orders out to you so you don't have to stand and wait for it. Our family LOVES to eat our icecream outside on the patio.

After eagerly waiting in line for fifteen minutes for my brownie batter blizzard, I get home and eat half of it to notice there are zero brownie pieces in it and just fudge syrup. SO disappointing to pay for a blizzard and not even get the filling to go with it.
Nothing like spending an hour waiting for an ice cream cone. This place needs immediate improvement.
today we went through the drive through a worker handed us back our cash proceeded to hold the window open and sneeze directly at us and just stood there staring at us we asked him if he needed something more he said no shut the window blew his nose and proceeded to touch food without washing his hands 🤮🤢 yall should not be at work sick during a pandemic 🤦♀️👎

Very friendly kids working but ordered a medium sized cone and the ice cream was less than two inches high! My daughter was pretty disappointed.

I really just need to come in here and say thank you to all of the women that were working today at forest lake DQ! They were so helpful when I came in today with 2 of the girls I nanny for! Bringing my food and drinks to a table (by the cartoons on tv). Also after chatting for a min it came up that it was the youngest girls 1st birthday. staff either not trained or unaware of menu, he seemed lost. 3 attempts to fix promo blizzard! I gave up and got a refund on a small dipped strawberry with Ghirardelli chocolate blizzard. first 2 attempts were just strawberry...no difference,last attempt was a medium blizzard (manager wanted employee to salvage, instead of waste), fruit and chocolate portioned for the small that I ordered and topped off with soft serve...it is sad day when ice cream needs returning. sighs.
