Update 07/07 - Spoke to the General Manager who had zero empathy whatsoever. Instead, she brings the fact that my dog put her paws on the counter right when we left, yes, obviously as I said, she is a SERVICE dog and knew I was getting very aggravated. No empathy for the situation at all but to try and put the blame on me - obviously the dog is going to react in situations like that - that is exactly what she is trained to do.
