I can't believe they actually cut the amount of cookies to nearly none in the oreo blizzard. Not worth my time anymore.
Food was all wrong and sloppy .. fries are cold .. I had to repeatedly ask for a drink holder ..im glad these kids have a job but they need to be trained more.. especially on a rush could be more aware on making orders .. thank you
This DQ was far below normal. As far as service, the man taking our order had very poor English skills to the point of not being able to understand very well at all. Not his fault. They were out of an advertised product and they attempted to try to improvise a replacement that an eight year old wouldn't eat because it didn't taste good. There was not a clean table in the place even though it was the middle of the day with no other customers in the dining area. I wouldn't recommend this DQ.
