Went to this location today (09-21-20) and got some cheese curds, when they gave them to me, the cheese was still frozen in the center so we drove back around (dining room is closed due to COVID) and they took the same ones that I had in my car already, and had already touched, put them back in the fryer and then gave them back to me. They served my Mom and daughter chicken that was still raw and other food with mold. They refused to give even a partial refund. 5/1/2020.
Just purchased a mint Oreo blizzard, the cashier gave it to me without any mint.. so it was just a regular Oreo blizzard. Told her it wasn’t a mint Oreo because there wasn’t any mint. She said it was, but took it back to add more mint. The ice cream came back still with only a little mint that to it and it wasn’t frozen. And to top it off, it’s runny. Blizzards are supposed to be stiffer. I should’ve just gotten a milkshake. Doubt if I come back to this location again.
No air in the play room or in the bathrooms. Not safe!
Great customer service and food! Their onion rings are the best I have had in a long time and my hamburger and drink were prepared as ask (no mustard and extra ice). Our food was hot and fresh. Totally recommend Guntersville Dairy Queen!
Love their food! It’s cooked fresh when u order it. Cool treats too!
