A little pricey for soft serve. 2 kids dipped cones, almost $5. Can get the real deal for almost that. Pretty ok ice cream, but guess you have to pay for all the advertisements.

So I ordered my sons cake at 1pm over the phone, paid for it and told them I would pickup by 6pm. The guy says ok I’m going get it ready now. 7pm in walk in the store to the cashier not seeming to want to be there goes to the back and tells whoever I was here for a cake. The guy says that the Icing nor the name is on it so I had to wait a over 30 minutes for the cake to be done. I ordered so I wouldn’t have to wait. Very disappointed. I’ve had many great experiences with Dairy Queen. The last couple of times I’ve visited, it hasn’t been even decent to say the least. Our order was rung up wrong. So we explain that. They say they will fix it to pull up to a parking spot and they’ll bring it out to us. They came with half of our order missing. And everything was ice cold. was there this pass sat night ( st. patricks day) customer service was horrible. Saw 3 different girls touch, scratch, and pat their hair within the first 15 min we were there. one employee actually knocked over a drink with their hair. The person that delivers the orders to your table apparently does not speak. Cashier girl was unenthusiastic about her job. Not once did anyone say thank you or enjoy your order. so very unprofessional .
