I waited in line 30 minutes tonight for this “burger”. Never again...
The staff was so Amazing!! They sang happy birthday to Caden . Food was excellent. Store was clean. You would have thought you were at a full service restaurant. Thank you Ashley and Sarah for making my little mans birthday awesome and my family’s experience perfect. Thank you to the entire staff. They went above and beyond. Plus the gentleman cleaning the lobby and outside was so friendly. Made sure he greeted us and said goodbye. Every staff member asked to please come back and see them. Simply perfect..
Guy at the drive through didn’t flip 3 Blizzards. I asked for my free Blizzard coupons. He said there weren’t any in the store. What’s the point of having a guarantee you can’t fulfill? Plus we sat in the drive through so long our blizzards were soupy. �
Well, hubby and I decided to go get a after dinner treat and get blizzards. Other than the less than stellar customer service it was fine. Until we brought them all the way home to find a hair in my blizzard. Too far to do anything, and very very disappointed. Definitely will not be going to this one ever again.
Just have to give a big shout out to the crew at 4902 Brownsboro Rd! My mother and I were there on 4/4 at 630 in the evening and this group of young people were so attentive to all our needs. They are truly a special group. I live in Sellersburg and visit my mom in Crescent Hill and were shopping nearby. I've never been to a Dairy Queen and been treated so special. Thank you guys for the special treatment. ...and we will be back:)
This morning I ordered a large coffee and breakfast. When I paid I questioned the girl why my bill was so much, but paid and started to leave. Looked at the receipt and saw I had been charged double for my coffee. I go back and try to explain to her that she double charged me. After speaking to another worker they both came back to tell me that this is an on going thing. The button for that item sticks and double charges. So they KNOW they're over charging on this. How many large coffees are sold in one day--- times $1.75!!!... read more
Food was good...but not worth the money...$4 kids meal consists of a small handful of fries...2 tiny chicken fingers and a cup of milk...NEVER again
35 mins for a blizzard, 4 employees and only on3 working!
Out of waffle cones on a bright sunny day that is unbelievable
