I placed my order on the app WHILE I was park in front of the doors. NO WHERE on the door does it say you have to be in a specific spot for them to bring you your food. I waited there for 30 minutes while I tried calling the phone said it wasn't working or taking messages. Got back in like of like 10 cars waited another 15 minutes to get to the front window to receive my food that obviously had been sitting there the entire time . So dirty. The play place was disgusting as well as the bathrooms.
The food and service is usually great until today... I know it’s customer appreciation day and they were busy but I was disrespected and will not be going back!! To the girl in the drive thru that was making blizzards - you need to learn to be respectful to the customers!!
