We placed an order through the app to use the $.85 Blizzard reward, which stated it was valid with a $1 purchase. To meet this minimum, we ordered two packets of ketchup. The app allowed the purchase, so we expected it to be valid. However, when we arrived to pick up our order an employee berated us, calling us dishonest and claiming that condiments do not count as food and that we had to order “real food” to receive the deal. Cotton Candy Blizzards are the very best! I wait for summer knowing that is when they start serving them.
Really great service! They were super patient with us even though we didn’t really know what we wanted. Really nice workers. The food was fresh and hot when we got it, that was a big bonus!
