Staff was very rude and made my dipped cones very small. Not at all what I expected or ever received at a DQ! 0/10
They make you wait at the drive-through ordering till they’re ready to take your order even though there’s places ahead of you and in this bitter cold that means you have to have your window down. Seems like A bad process
Still waiting on a call from the franchise owner 8-28-23. STILL waiting on a call from anyone from this location 1/29/24. Why is it so hard to add candy to anything I order when I want to PAY for the extra. Your corporate office says you can do this. This is not hard to do. Will be calling corporate again The staff was great and agreed this rule set by Mitchell the manager is dumb
Forgot half our order, had to go back around and go inside since the line was backed up. Came back out from getting my food and the design of the parking lot had me trapped behind the line of people ordering, forcing me to reverse the wrong way out of the entrance.
