Cold food, poor counter service. Manager was the counter help.
They make a mistake with my blizzard orders EVERY time I go there. Tonight I ordered two medium blizzards, they finally got the candies right, but gave me smalls charging me for mediums � the girl repeated it at the speaker that I ordered mediums so I didn't even think about it when she handed them to me.
I love DQ! I'm diabetic so I really shouldn't eat it, but when I misbehave, THIS is da place!
I just had a great experience at this location. My husband, son, and I ordered ice cream for all of us and a large fry for us to share. When we got the fry it was old, fairly cold, and just kinda gross. I normally don't say anything because I feel it's rude but we just paid $15 for this visit to DQ and I wasn't fully satisfied; so I told them. I was more than nice and they reciprocated. I'd give you five stars but you've discontinued the waffle cone. As I eat my blizzard through tears of sadness out of a paper cup I long for that chocolate covered vessel of crunchy goodness. Why Dairy Queen? WHY?? My life will never be the same.
went to the dairy queen on Iowa In lawrence where I was given rude customer service, watery blizzards, and my questions on my VIP at your location went unanswered. My blizzard was doube cupped and I didnt notice until I got home and went to take off the second cup that I realized there was a big hole in the side of the cup. I am deeply unsatisfied with this store and will not be returning as a customer.
