the teenagers they hire are rude and will ignore you. I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 min while three employees just stood there all looked at me and didn't say a word. when I asked for lids the one girl actually rolled her eyes at me. she didn't even ask "how can I help you?" all she said was here is one and then walled away to make the 2nd I had placed a mobile order. as soon as the girl handed my my 2nd item she walked away and went outside without saying anyth… See more
This place seems to be going down hill fast. The service is so slow. We’ve timed from the time we drive in to picking up our order and it’s 20 to 25 minutes. We went there July 5th to a sign on the front door saying the lobby is closed due to no help?? The owners left hays and this establishment shows that. No more for me, it’s obvious the owners don’t care about how this is being run. Freddy’s here I come!
I ordered a medium crunch sundae and got a very tiny portion. was not pleased at all considering I had just wasted 4$ on the amount of ice cream I could have got from McDonald's for 1 and change.
Ordered for the family---and not only did they mess up two of the three blizzard flavors we ordered, I got the most deformed ice cream cone ever. The WORST thing was how RUDE we were treated! Definitely lost some customers!! Along with that they overcharged us!
I ordered a turtle pecan blizzard, she handed it to m, it was soupy. I said no way, so she dumps half out and adds more ice cream. I live two blocks away, nothing like drinking your blizzard!

Yummy! Cool treats! A fun place to go for a quick snack. friendly staff. quick service. very affordable. It has a terrific drive through--it's always fast! highly recommend.
I was the only one in line and when I got in the light at home I saw my "chocolate extreme" blizzard looked like it was vanilla ice cream. It's not mixed it, it also had a big hole in the middle making me loose 1/4 of the volume of the medium I ordered. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.
