The service I could say wasn't bad but the food was awful burnt onion rings and melted ice cream. Very disapointed.
The past two times we have gone there both of our blizzards have been melted. they don't bother flipping them upside down like they usually do. They put a lid on so we wouldn't notice right away and unfortunately it was near closing time so we couldn't go back. My blizzard was completely melted (we only live a couple blocks away) and has been in the freezer for an hour now and it still not frozen yet. Don't waste your money here.
Horrible customer service! Maybe hire a responsible adult to work the dinner shift! All the teenagers you have are rude, snotty and slow! To serve ice cream you must get it to the PAYING customer before its melted!
