I don’t think they could’ve been any slower. I sat at the drive through menu board waiting to give my order for 4 minutes, and that was after sitting in line for 15 minutes. They also couldn’t handle more than taking in more than 2 orders at a time before having to o hand the orders out the window. To top it all off, they charged me the wrong amount. Don’t think I’ll be back.
My choco BROWNIE extreme blizzard had no brownie bites what so ever ...if you don't have brownie bites let the custome know instead of just doing it your own way. Last time I go to THIS location.
There were like 2 vehicles for the dining area and two cars in the drive through and I still left with a 3 piece tender meal instead of the bbq 4 piece. I also didn’t get a bag or receipt so I guess the employees are really lucky they messed everything up because now i don’t have proof of what I paid for. Thanks Dairy Queen.

Sat in the drive through for a half hour. Slushy machine was broken. Must be taking lessons from McDonald’s.... Half hour wasted.
Called because their website said to call the store for less then 48-hour cake orders. The guy who answered was so lazy he wouldn’t even look in the freezer to tell me what cakes they already had in stock for the next day. Terrible customer service. Going elsewhere....
I just left your drive through, your cashier was very rude and instead or apologizing for misunderstanding she talked back to me. I work for customer service, treating your customers with respect it key. Im am so diassapointed with the service I received. Id rather drive out or my way to be treated like a customer not to be disrespected.
Ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard. Got a cup full of soft serve and like 5 pieces of cookie dough. Not impressed.
So...can I bring in my own Easter Egg Peanut Butter Reeses cups for you to blend into my ice cream (blizzard)??? I want a blizzard with the Easter egg reeses today??? Serious question!!!
