Went today by myself. Walked in the store. Ordered 1 kids meal, 2 adult meals. No one asked here or to go. When my food finally was done, they brought it out in a tray. I said it’s to go, and the kid working said in return” you didn’t tell anyone it was to go” and turned around and walked away. Ordered 4 Chili Cheese Dogs, Large Onion Rings, Pup Cup.Went right home. We were SO disappointed in the Chili Cheese dogs. Presentation if everything. And we thought we would have warm hot dogs. Do you even put a tablespoon of chili on? The cheese was melted hard into the chili. Disgusting. The receipt was NOT in the bag, but it was around $29 for this crap. And I can't tell you the exact time I was there. Shame on you for What you have become. I should get my money back.

Everything is perfect, fresh, and hot, and the counter was fast. I think this is the best experience I’ve ever had here.
Seems like they randomly close early. Today there were 5 cars in the lot and they wouldnt take any orders. Not the first time this has happened. Maybe turn your sign off when you stop taking orders or at least tell the people in the drivethrough line that you are closed.
It's just not worth the money. The customer service was good thanks to a friendly cashier named Elizabeth. However, the food was not good! The hamburger was cold, the onion rings were burnt. The french fries were soggy, gross, and cold. Sixty more miles and the Dairy Queen in Rapid City on Campbell Street would have been a better location. Now we know not to go to Dairy Queen Spearfish! Wasted time and money!
Every single time we go there they manage to completely screw up our order.
