I don't normally have an issue at Sturgis Dairy Queen, but one bad experience makes me not want to return. Whoever was working the drive up was very rude to me, and didn't bother to give me a napkin while handing me a melting Blizzard out the window. Someone needs an attitude adjustment. Think I'll stick to Spearfish from now on.
Told me I couldn't have my ice cream after my food after I already paid $40 for our meal! Customer service was not friendly at all and will not be back! A bunch of high school kids here for a check is all. Nothing like melted ice cream on a hot day after your lunch. Thanks Sturgis Dairy Queen.
