Giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Stopped tonight for blizzards and got 2 cups of icecream soup. I asked to have them remade and was told "were literally running out of icecream". Asked for my money back and the manager thrust it out the window and stomped away.
I always love stopping at Desmet Dairy Queen because the staff and management they provide friendly, fast service, and fresh food every single time... And the management team John and Cait are the best people and go out to satisfy their customers. Thanks John and Cait..
Was in town for 2 days, since there is only subway and DQ open after 9, we went through the drive through for DQ and ordered three 4 piece chicken strip dinners. Got back to the motel and two of the boxes had only 3 pieces of chicken. Also ordered 2 regular cokes and 1 diet coke. Was given 2 diet cokes and 1 regular. Stopped back the next day and complained. Our family stops there every year on our way to my family reunion and back home again! Very good food and excellent service!:)
