Appointment time is at 6am and I’ve been here trying to get ahold of someone, anyone but they just ignored me. It’s about to be 7am and still NOTHING what is the actual point of having an appointment if you’re just going to ignore it and do whatever? I’m supposed to be back in Dallas by the end of the day but I’m not making it because of this B.S!
Check in 5 minutes before your appointment. They won’t take you earlier and don’t even try checking in. 40-60 minutes to unload.
Don't come before appointment they are very strict come before appointment 15 minutes
I have a delivery here and then home by plane, after reading the comment I am horrified, I think it would be better if I did not take this cargo or cargo here
