In my opinion this is the best fast food restaurant in Thomasville and it might be the best in the triad area. They always have good customer service and the food comes out fresh. I have never had any problems with my food here. The only thing I would fix is at times it takes them a little while to get the food out, which is understandable due to how many customers they normally have. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to any one who lives near or is traveling through the area.

Horrible customer service. Unable to take a ice cream and milkshake order. Employees unable to identify cars and whose orders are who in the line. Anyone else similar experience?
