Nice atmosphere and their ice cream is pretty good. We were disappointed in the quality of food. The food really was nothing special and felt somewhat like a cafeteria burger and fries.
First time impression here. I ordered a drive thru online order for my husband. I got him the double burger the dairi-O way with chili cheese fries and strawberry shake. And I got myself sweet potato fries. The service in the drive-thru was good I had no trouble with them, I was greeted with hospitality. I absolutely loved my fries they were very crisp and fresh, they didnt salt them which I didn't mind because they were still great. This was my first time visiting a Dairi-O. I decided to take a road trip with my daughter and Godbaby. We drove 2 hours to get to Jacksonville, NC to try Dairi-O. I saw a video on tik tok about another Dairi-O. The food was very good!! All the employees were nice and courteous!! Fatima (manager), greeted us as we stood at the register deciding what we wanted. I had to give one star.. I didnt want to. I ordered in the drive thru and when they wrapped my burger someone thought it would be a great idea to smash it . So when I opened the bag that only contained my burger and fries the mustard or mayo was leaking the bread was smashed so much it was coming apart . Almost made me feel like the bread was old and the put it in the microwave to soften it. I trashed the burger the fries were good and if you like fries order them here and know you will get a better burger at burger king..
