I have to give applause to the young man, Koji, who took my order at the drive thru. In all of my years, I've never experienced better customer service, attentiveness, or friendliness! Koji is definitely as asset to the Dairi-O of Jacksonville!
Food is solid but I'm here for the Ice cream get the peach ice cream it's amazing
Incredibly disappointing (and dumbdounded) to hear the music selection. Couldn't get out of there fast enough and won't ever go back.
What happened to this place. When you first opened you took pride in the food you were selling. We ate there yesterday and probably the last time. The burgers were wrapped so tight the bread was flat. The meat tasted different. The onion rings tasted like burnt grease that needed to be changed. We ate in the restaurant. You need to invest in pest control because flies were pesty the whole time we were there from ordering to out the door. Also, you need to mop the men's room more often. It's sticky in there.
