Always outstanding service. It’s all about the staff. Wonderful people.
The best Daiquiris without a doubt, great, excellent food, although super expensive, but the service is God awful. I went to the one in downtown Sarasota on Longboat Key. It was poppin, but not really that busy at all. All I ordered were a few daiquiris and an appetizer for happy hour, and I ended up being there for over an hour and I loved my waitress, she was funny and loved her attitude, but she only attended me twice the entire time I was there
You would think with these bad reviews someone would respond back to the unhappy customers.. we went yesterday. Party of 5 with 2 kids. Ordered some daiquiris, Gator bites, and fries. After eating about half the Gator bites we realized they were pink and raw inside. The server came and took them away and we asked for calamari instead.. then when he came back the manager told him to tell us they are suppose to be pink inside. Do you think we are retarded? If you want to eat your food at a Fat Tuesday’s this is the place for you. So SOOOOO loud and crowded trying to eat with our family. We learned quick we had made a huge mistake ! The food wasn’t actually too bad!
Had a great time drinking slushie drinks and having tasty food at the deck. Jenna waited on us and she was super fun! Overall, a great experience. Will visit again when in the area.
The food was very good are Waiter was excellent the place and the Atmosphere was great.
Lousy service. We were a party of 5. Nachos were so small n nothing piled on them. We told the manager and she asked “so what do you want me to do”? I wasn’t looking for anything so i shrugged. She didn’t send another dish or remove the cost of nachos. Won’t be headed back.
Great place just wish we found you sooner then our last day there. Definitely will be back
The service was horrible, the food was good...the staff were all young kids & were not to concerned about doing a job they are paid to do....first & last visit
