Wonderful doctors and even the receptionists are very Empathetic and understanding I am very happy with the service and glad that I switched - no problems at all with this place which is amazing! Edit: Had to drop this to 3 stars.. this place used to be great but now there's only ever one person at reception, I feel bad for her as Mondays and Tuesdays it's always really busy and she appears to be working at the front desk alone when I come in now. Had a 3min conversation with gp, was given a medical certificate to have Monday and Tuesday off. Called Wednesday to ask for the medical certificate to be extended due to still having the flu. They tried to make me pay another $52 to discuss the same matter as the day before, even though it was a 3min conversation and the gp did not do his job properly.
