Janelle was so nice and made me feel so comfortable, definitely recommend
I sat for an hour waiting after taking time off work they didn't know who I was or who I was seeing I bet if I had to charge them for my time it would a different story as I had to get back k to work I left as they couldn't even give me another booking so much for customer service shocking doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating

Wonderful doctors and even the receptionists are very Empathetic and understanding I am very happy with the service and glad that I switched - no problems at all with this place which is amazing! Edit: Had to drop this to 3 stars.. this place used to be great but now there's only ever one person at reception, I feel bad for her as Mondays and Tuesdays it's always really busy and she appears to be working at the front desk alone when I come in now. She does really well to make sure people are looked after but they really need... read more
