I ordered some lumber over the phone, spoke to real people who understood the nuance of my situation, and it was delivered a day early with full communication the whole time to make sure if that was cool. I know that doesn't sound like much, but in this world, that's phenomenal service, and a breath of fresh air. The store people were cool, the delivery guy was great, and not only that, I got exactly what I ordered.
