Very thorough and detailed when I have questions about me and my daughter!
Dr. Dana Roberson is not maybe, but DEFINITELY the WORST pcp I could’ve gone to as a first time mom. Avoid at all costs if possible. She has an ugly attitude and an ugly mentality. If you are working in a medical field you need empathy which Dr. Dana lacks. She is very combative and passive aggressive. If you’re thinking of ignoring the reviews. DONT. Although, the receptionists are incredible. So incredible I almost stayed with Dr. Dana. They are the only thing saving her from being out of a job.
I would not recommend Dr. Roberson to anyone. I was a transfer patient as my old PCP was no longer in practice. She was extremely rude and became hostile/frustrated when I couldn't give her answers regarding the dosage of my medications. She also was extremely unhelpful and rude if she sent my prescription to a pharmacy that did not have my medication in stock for a refill. She's either experiencing severe burn out or just not a person that is rarely in high spirits or happy.
Had a wonderful experience with her. She was thorough, on time, and kind.
