The initial clean on our residential property was well below average but Ganza (supervisor) and his colleague came back to rectify the situation. The second clean was much better.
Arranged a vacate clean and spent $695. There are numerous examples of even poor basic cleaning. I received an email at 3.45 pm telling me the carpet cleaner wouldnt be in that day but the next. This put other services behind. Promised venetians would be done so I didn't pre clean them myself. I had done a clean of the bathrooms and toilets and clean of surfaces.
