I had a crown placed at Daily Smiles in Pembroke Pines in April 2024. In January 2026, I went to a different dentist and was informed that the crown had been placed incorrectly. I returned to Daily Smiles to address the issue, expecting some level of accountability for the original work. Instead, I was told they no longer accept my insurance and that the “warranty” on the crown had expired, meaning I would be fully responsible for the cost to fix a mistake that was not mine. Don’t let the old mall fool you. These guys are the best! I don’t know how to accurately describe the office but it’s really different in a great way! You don’t have the normal stuffiness. They are busy but there never seems to be much of a wait. They have adapted some of the new technology that’s out there and it makes the visit just a bit easier and more enjoyable. One time I needed some work done and the whole team stayed overtime to take care of me. Definitely customer oriented!

What an amazing experience! Dr. Gonzales was so welcoming and did her best to make me feel at home with family. I’d say the experience was one of a kind from the staff to the doctor wow I was blown away. Thank you everyone at Daily Smiles for making this the best experience I have ever had. I was so afraid of doing any treatment but truthfully after dealing with Dr. Gonzales I don’t know why she is the best. Thank you guys so much
Love the energy here from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Jorgey! Everyone in the office has a great attitude and makes your usual dreadful visit to the dentist as pleasant as possible!! Dr.Michelle is amazing at communicating with her clients and employees to get you in and out of there without any unnecessary waiting!! This was my first time here and I got a cleaning with Irene which was my FIRST EVER enjoyable cleaning!! 10/10 overall and I will definitely be back next time!
