Why would anyone pay to get news. That's what advertising is for. Prices are outrageous for subscription in any form.
After many years of reading the local news online here, I am now unfollowing you all. Pushing us readers to subscribe is annoying and makes me not want to read this paper anymore. I will get my local news from another source.
It doesn't make sense to have a FB page that only subscribers get to see. I understand wanting people to subscribe to the paper and not putting everything online but this is ridiculous! I'm VERY disappointed in this newspaper. Definitely doesn't make me want to subscribe.
