Worst experience at a nail salon. I showed up about 15 minutes early for my 5:15 appointment. After waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled time, they asked me to wait at least another 15 minutes. They said they didn't expect to be understaffed. I told them I wasn't able to wait a total of 30 minutes. I asked if someone else could see me. I was looking for a new nail salon and found the perfect one at Daily Nail Spa. Over the past year, I’ve had several appointments and walk-ins and have never been disappointed. I’ve worked with different nail techs, and they all put the same level of care into their work. Manicures are always neat and done in a timely manner. Great experience with Amy for Builder Gel fill manicure. She asked me each step of the process if I was pleased before she moved on. Highly recommend.
